Suspension rebuild

Usually take my bikes to MC Technics for suspension rebuilds, but Darren cant do it till May!
Front cant be rebuilt so anyone got suggestions (cheap as poss) to replace, to go with a rebuilt std unit on rear or new second hand set to change over??
Forget ohlins -cant afford it!!

Or any other sugggestions for rebuild shops??

There must be loads of stock units in peoples garages, try a wanted add and see what comes up
