Any one fitted these bars to the new LC?

SS Motech Crash bars

I fitted them a few weeks ago.

To me they're less unattractive than the others I've seen around but that does not say much positive as far as looks go.

If I layed the bike over I'm pretty sure that, although they would offer some protection, I would still damage the cylinder heads.

I've got them, upper and lower.

In black, nice finish, frame the heads better that TT ones, imo.

If I were to change mine, I'd go for the Hepco & Becker, as they look to offer the most protection

buy the bmw ones... I watched a bike topple over at a dealers and it came off unmarked....did what it says on the tin.

Crash Bars

I went for the TT ones , well made and look good and look as if they will protect it pretty well but haven't tested yet

Yup. Got the silver ones. More like light grey a slightly different shade to the frame. However, I think they offer brilliant protection and at a very fair price.
