Swap Vario for Metal Panniers and some cash of course

Don't suppose anyone would fancy swapping from their metal GSA panniers to that of vario?

My bike is a 2011, i think there isn't a lot of difference between bikes from 2004-2012 but i might be wrong. a lot of difference

I have been looking, i would need brackets and everything else. So thought it makes sense to possibly look at a swap so all brackets and fittings could be changed over.

Thought it worth asking in case anyone fancies it.

Worth an ask. I did exactly the same and was lucky. As you say a lot more scaffolding for the metal ones but straightforward to actually do. I met up at a services and did it all in the car park!
