Swing arm oil level

Hi Peeps,

As title above - I am aware of the amount of oil required in the arm, (0.15L I believe, and how to check it (vertical dip showing 2mm on your dipping device of choice above the shaft through the filler bung) but somehow I seem to have ended up with the level at the bottom of the filler bung (distracted whilst filling I believe).

Anyway, its easy to sort out by draining it, but is anyone aware of any negative effects if I just leave it? Dosent seem to be leaking etc, was just wondering really

Just put a small length of tubing ( straw etc ) and suck some out.....then all as per the manual

Thanks for the replies, but thats not what I was asking!! its blindingly obvious how to reduce the level, the question was, are there any negative effects of leaving it overfilled??

I don't think anyone has been stupid enough to overfill it .......your our guinea pig; report back here in 1000 miles / or three months and let us know
