Hello

I have a R100GS and I need to change swingarm bearings. Price from BMW is aprox 50euros per bearing that represent 200euros in 4 small needle bearings!

I tried to find them on FAG catalog but without success.

2x 32*17*10 conical bearings
And
2x 40*17*17conical bearings

Any ideas for a cheaper solution? :beerjug:

Munich Motorcycles in Perth, Oz have a solid bush for the rear pivots, and have recently had them out at half price. Exchange rate has moved in your favor too - my UK pension is up $20- a week1
Different design to the Yank ones which were around a few years back, which were designed too fail, and succeeded.

For the larger front ones any bearing factor will be able to tell you if they have a "Timken "t apered roller bearing that size - I dont think 1mm variation in width, either way, would make a lot of difference.

Moteren Israel might be worth a call too - they have gone to the trouble of making over sized pivot pins to grip the bearings a bit tighter, so they should know what works , bearing wise.
Might not be cheaper but will probably last better than OEM.
