System 4 Pinlock Insert for Double Glazed Visor

I have a double glazed visor and insert - both in very good condition. The insert has lost its "stick" and now moves around on the pins.
I don't believe BMW do the insert separately (anyone know different?) - though you can get the pins! - so the questions is, "Has anyone got a good method for re-sticking the insert to the visor?"

I have a pinlock's on my Arai etc. I beleive the pin is "rotatable" (cam shape)allowing a better fit.
