System 5 and Autocom Headset

Contemplating buying a System 5 lid but just a little concerned by a comment in the Autocom instruction book which refers to a possible problem in speaker/ear alignment on the System 4. Could someone advise whether or not the same problem occurs with the 5?

Before you jump in on that Sys5 I bought one in December 06. Way better than my previous Caberg but IMHO the pin lock visor is esssential for winter riding and the helmet design is flawed in as much as water runs down the inside of the visor and blows in through the chin vent above about 40-50mph.

To top it all one of the pins in the pinlock failed on Saturday closely followed by the second one when the insert caught on the helmet as I opened it.

Less than impressed at the price. Anyone else had pin locks fail?

I use custom speaker plugs and there is so much space around the ears in this helmet that you can't even feel that the plugs are in place.
