System Pannier Lock change

Does anyone know how to change the locks on the BMW system panniers? I'm sure I saw a how to on this site but I can't find it now

Put the key in so it is unlocked, open the pannier and there is a small hole. Put a small allan key in there and the barrel comes out. There is a how to somewhere, but i can't find it either.
