System Pannier loose- how to adjust?

I just noticed that the exhaust side System pannier on my 1100 rattles about (the other one is solid) OK, it probably won't fall off, but it is loose. How do I adjust the catch?

Just watch the catch isn't cracking. One of mine cracked on the plate of the mega fiddly locking mech. Cue another ex permanent bodge! It meant that the latch could operate but fail at a mo's notice. I only noticed when I did one of my tourettes traffic light "pannier checks" and it moved

Think the catch is OK. Panniers are hardly used to be honest; bike is only just coming up on 25K (DPO had many bikes to chose from).
