System panniers question ?

Does anyone kinow if the system panniers ( currently on a 1100gs ) will fit a 04 1150 rt ?

The only difference I thought was for the nearside pannier, a GS has a cut out for the exhaust can, if however you wish to use a full size nearside pannier, I would do a swop, as I have gone the other way rs to gs
