system pans locking tab

hi all
just discovered the little orange locking tab on one of my panniers has broken off can this be repaired / replaced or is it a new pannier?

mine have been brocken for three years on all three of mine, its a fault that happens all the time i still use mine.try it on the bike should be ok as its just for locking handle when carrying the pannier i think
