Whats the shipping cost on that? - website that the automated online system isn't giving correct shipping cost ATM...
have you looked at the
nippy norman version? it replaces the bulb & uses existing lens, although a clear lense is available. The
nippy norman version looks like it uses surface mount LED's and more of them, 24 as opposed to 18. (assuming you get the exact one pictured)
I have no 1st hand experience of either...i prefer the look of the
nippy norman one & keep the oem look.
they'll probably be about the same price after shipping...€46.50 is £32.30 ish.
(in thoery they shouldn't be too difficult to knock up yourself...i've already looked into making my own led indicators with built in brake lights, but not the tail light. got a supply for surface mount led's & probably can get a batch of pcb's made up once i have finalised my design - unfortunatly i've not put much time into it recently...)
