i have one. i like it a lot. i've had them for all of my bikes for a while now. fit is just fine ... just like it has been on all of those previous bikes.
i find that the bags don't fit too well on the GS, however due to the enduro shaped tank. therefore i rigged up a baja tankbag for mine. its smaller, made for sloped tanks, and works pretty well.

I have a black 1200GS with black cover and it looks ace, also protects the tank. Fit is great but straps are a little fiddly to fit initially. I find warming the cover up is best, or fit on a very hot day, leave it in the sun for a while.
When fitting a Baglux tank cover to an R1200GS, be very careful to ensure that the plastic tank side panels are VERY securely fastened afterwards especially underneath at the leading edge (big plastic Dzus twist lock fastener).
One of mine came undone after the dealers had done a service and the side panel blew off like a giant airbrake at 80MPH, damaging the tanks rear alloy cosmetic cover panel slightly.
Its happened to a few owners who've fitted Baglux covers, if the side panels are fitted properly you shouldn't have any problem.

Pastor,
I have the same cover fitted to my bike (even the same colour!) and was a little disappointed with the top-front buckles (next to the srew-through fixing) as they seem to be in the wrong place, half on and half off the edge. It would have been much better if the were over the edge and out of sight.
BTW, what are the grip-covers that you have? They look like foam ones. Have you fitted them over heated grips?
HH
I have one fitted and it's great - my only complaint is that the bag fits too far to the rear so I got some spare clips from Baglux and made a pair of extenders so that the bag sits about 5cm further forward.
