er er er er

Well dont know any one with those bikes over her to get a photo. However I will have a look around !

Any chance of some more photo's that show a bit more detail?

Are they waterproof? Is that a small top compartment zipped into the lid?

What brand are they?

Dont put fish in them !

The material is waterproof and the seams on the inside are tapped and there is a storm flap on the zips. So I would not put a camera in one in 10 hours of rain or in a bucket of water. The top zip is a pocket for sunglasses, money, toll tickets earplugs ect. People use them in various ways. Such as 2 sets of waterproofs, overboots, gloves and a fleece. So when it rains you do not have to unpack anything else. A pillow when camping. In the summer put flip flops, sun cream, a hat, water, swimming trunks, towels ect. For those unplanned days.

The brand is on the front in yellow, Robust.
They have been designed by bikers with lots of thought involved such as:

Under side of the cross over straps is anti slip material.
Zip storm flap is 3M reflective material.
D buckles are big enough to allow the 3 mounting straps buckles to pass through easily.
Handles are designed so a gloved hand will fit under and both bags can be held with one hand.
All zips are spiral so they move very easily and the main compartment have double ended zips.
The bags are padded to protect the items, the bike and to maintain the shape. OH AND IM NO PHOTOGRAPHER !!!!!

Thanks for the photo's and extra info buddy.

Like the others, I'd still like to see them pictured on a bike (1150GSA if possible).

Any chance?

Imagine ?

I will as soon as I find a R1150GS ! but if you look at the bags and then at your bike and kind of imagine that there are 2 black bags either side of the tank !

I'll take a set if they can get to me in the next week - is this possible?

cheers
Darren

Hi

It's not that hard a deadline, more along the lines of one week is good, but two weeks is not going to work (at least for this trip). If I can get them by next Tuesday plus a week (14 June if I can count) that would suit. Let me know if doable and how to pay - dazlewis @ hotmail dot com.

Cheers
Darren

PS - I was one of the early adopters of your stash panel and that will again be serving me well on the trip!
