Tapatalk - iPhone - Can't send PMs

Using current iOS, Tapatalk...

All works well, but when I try to send a PM, it briefly shows send PM but then disappears to show me the user profile...

Any ideas?

Are they a subscriber? Look at other info in there profile.

Yes. Just tried to send you a PM via tapatalk and can't ??? Strange.

Go back out of the thread your reading; press the Messages button and Bob's your Father's Brother.

No. What I mean is, for example I am reading a thread and want to send a user a PM.
Normally I would click on their username and use send a PM in PC version

When i first used tapatalk I would tap on username and choose send message WHILE still in thread.
I can send a message to anyone if I exit the thread and compose a message to the individual manually

Using wife's iPad now. Just downloaded latest version of tapatalk and still doesn't work.
