Managed to get it working. Here are the photos. Thanks to all for their help. Must admit there were a few re wire and try again moments. 1 with smoke and a fried relay. HE HE ...now I have a low fuel light warning and no bars indicating no fuel - but I do have fuel. Oh well, next weeks problem...
But I managed to do it (guess time will tell) and learned a hell of a lot about determination and wiring..... And I have a few more tools in the shed.
