tax disc holder

bit of a numpty question, but where do you attach your tax disc holder?

At present mine is a oxford type holder and the previous owner attached to the engine block, just above the sump guard. Im not happy with its location but cant seem to find anywhere appropriate to relocate it

The dealer attached a cheap screw-up holder to the front mudguard, using one of the torx-headed mounting bolts.

I replaced it with a bolt-together holder, just where you've got yours...

mine were down at the bottom of the left fork.
I moved it to the inside of the windscreen on the left side, it fastens to a head light locating screw.

mine was attached to the engine block. Then some pals who make bash plates removed it to fit the bashplate. 9 months later me and my tax disc were reunited and then I located it above the exhaust using the mounting bolt. The same friends came along and provided me with a new exhaust and a different type of mounting bold so now it resides down on the left fork

I don't pay road tax and run on cloned number plates... that will teach you all for posting photos of your bikes w/ number plates! *muhahaha*

Your job won't allow the police to run a PNC check and see you are taxed, or ask you where your tax is so you get it out and show them?
Not that either of those has (knowingly) happened to me in 15 years....

Picked my new bike up last month, first thing I did was take the tax disk and holder off and bunged it somewhere safe...

I never bother with displaying them these days as the Police computer can tell if I am taxed/insured before I can
