Termignoni heads-up!

looks lovely but.....warranty issues if something goes wrong?

Akropovic no such problems (but more expensive and doesn't look as good)

For the saving of around £100, and the concerns about warranty implications, why bother?:hide

My dealer fitted a Remus Hexacone on my last BMW and assured me it wouldn't affect the warranty. Personally I think the Akrapovic is an improvement in sound only over the original - it's still not attractive enough to warrant the £££. To my eyes the Remus, Leo Vince and Termignoni look far better, even for the same money as the Akra. I suspect my money will go on another Remus, as they're the only option where they don't use crappy straps to hold the can on.

Each to his own. I don't reckon the standard can is too bad on the LC, it could have been a lot worse.

Apart from the mounting strap around the can, it looks quite similar to a Remus.....:nenau

I've always liked the look and sound of the Terry Wogans on the Dukes and would be more the happy to put these a pair of these fine looking guns on my toilet.

What warranty issues?? You suggesting that BMW only allow Akra systems if you want to maintain warranty? Was certainly never an issue on the HP running a full Remus system when it was still under warranty...
