I test rode the new Roadster and a 48 Sportster today, never ridden a Harley before and I fukcing loved it!!!!!!!
The bars on the Roadster weren't to my liking but perfectly interchangeable, however the seating position on both whilst different on each, was very comfortable.
I was also expecting to be shaken to death, but outside of tick-over I noticed no nasty vibes, a bit more through the pegs if you really give it the beans but you need to get right up near the red line to make anything uncomfortable.
What I'm not sure about is whether I could regularly do 250+ mile days on one (a normal downtime blast for me).
Mmmmmm, what to do, what to do

you're not the first to comment on my lightweight attitude to high mileage days, I'm more of your 'ride a bit - tea - ride a bit more - tea' (and maybe take a few photo's) kinda guy.
