text on the zumo?

I am wanting to store some text infomation on the zumo, all of the BMW roadside assistance service numbers of europe to start with

I know the zumo only accepts JPEG images, is there a way or program that i can convert a notebook or word document into an image that the zumo will be happy with

I do this for any Ferry Crossings or anything I'd want quick access to a refence number without having to take gloves off and look for a piece of paper or through the phone.

I use PaintShop Pro, but the normal Microsoft Paint will do thie job (it's in STARTROGRAMS:ACCESSORIESAINT)

If you make it in word, Print Screen (PrtSc button on the keyboard) and then paste to PAINT.
Then just save as a JPG format.

I prefer to create them in Paint with Big White Text on a Black Background. Much easier to see the test.
