Text out of focus??

Hi folks,

Last night I did a clean up of my `puter using Advanced system care http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html that I`ve used before with no probs. This morning when I logged on all the text was ever so slightly blurry. I`ve had this happen before
http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89394&highlight=focus but I`m using firefox now and even going to ie and trying that setting it`s still a little blurry

Any ideas?

Wanted to clean up a laptop and the screen was fuzzy after running the recovery disc, so played with my way and it worked It was less than a week ago so I could remember what I did.
