What can i say?

It was so enjoyable ...and well done

The recipie was great ,

Ingredients were top class ,....

Ride times and breaks were well timed,....

Road textures and boreen tasting was delicate at some points but intresting and full balanced flavoured for all....

including the thoughtful sprinklinging of them wee blackcurrent Licquorices that generously appeared half way through the day

No one was over cooked or hot headed & the weather kept us at a even temperature through out....


Unfortunatley Leprachaun & Myself we unable to stay for evening raffle desserts & liquids onyack

There was a hughe amount of Planning , Time & Effort by Aidan, Mandy, Jockser and Daithi that was praised and was appreciated. by all..
