I bought a Drift Innovation x-170 at the NEC bikeshow in 2009. In mid 2010 the LCD screen leaked so they replaced it under warranty in June 2010.

I damaged the replacement camera recently in a fall from a bicycle and I sent it to them for repair.

They have contacted me today with the news that they are sending a new camera free of charge to me.

That's superb customer support in my book. They are supporting their product at a level rarely seen for cameras costing twice as much.

I'm just posting to give positive feedback and let other tossers that might be considering an action camera purchase know that they are a good company to do business with.:thumb2

I have no connection with Action Cameras ( for the cynics among you), its just nice to be able to post something positive about a company that obviously cares about their customers.
