Purchased a Wunderlich tankbag of which came with no instructions from Rainbow. When passing the dealership I thought I'd drop in and ask about my fitting query. Spoke with Tony and he said he new a man who could help.....Mike Webb (aka Mikey). A few days later her who must be obeyed mentions that Tony from Rainbow has phoned. Speaks to Tony...problem sorted.

A lot of people may read this and think this is no big deal.....but customer service in this country is now so sh@te that I think its worth mentioning when someone does what he says he will do.

Tony is spot on and has helped me many times and deserves a mention.

The rest of the staff at Rainbow are the same with regards to service and advice
