Seriouly how do people even concider falling for these kind of scams.

I wonder how much money they will net before the site will get taken down.

:censor:

Scam?
So don't you reckon they'll deliver my bike this week as promised?

Folk who stump up ££££ on stuff like this deserve to lose £3+k

I would suspect, give or take a pound, about zero.

There was a ongoing scam involving emails along the lines of 'You have won the lottery, you need to send the fees to get the cash.' If I remember correctly, average 'win' was less than £5k, fees (average) $220. Made the news because some woman in US ended up sending over $200k chasing a £5k 'win' (Husband found out she had spent their life savings and now at 70+ they were destitute, so he shot her then killed himself). Apparently the scam was netting $1.3 bn per anum.

Not suggesting other scumbag scammers don't make money; however I am suggesting that trying it on by selling imaginary motorcycles in an 'Add to cart' style site, and expecting people to do so on the basis their shiny new discount bike will happily turn up in crinkly brown paper like Amazon, well, that isn't the best attempt.

Maybe someone will prove me wrong, 'tis a funny old world..

Dealers are paying more than that to buy them in, complete Bollox :blast
