The BMW Club National Rally in August 24th -27th 2012 will be held at Ellesmere Colle

HELP......

I have volunteered my services to organise the rides outs for the National Rally at the end of August and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the following which can help me:

How many usually attend?
and
How many usually go on ride outs?

If anyone has any idea on numbers from previous rallies it will greatly assist me,
