I was on the same ferry with a couple of mates.

I had a chat with Graham (Piggers) and a couple of you when I spotted Graham's Hograost 'T' shirt in the bar.

Lovely crossing over, what was your return like? We travelled back vis France and the tunnel.

We followed Ebbos first two days and went to Jaca and Sort before heading up through Andorra for Carcassonne, Millau bridge, Orleans and Le Touquet.

Looking to do the Picos next year

Smooth sailing back

The return crossing was smooth also, which was a shame, as it might have been fun watching green faced people on their Mini-Cruises

Thanks for adding more pics, esp the shot outside the old building. We were going to pretend that was our hotel to make us look hardcore

Verns panniers do look very well finished in the flesh and a nice size

Excellent read thankyou. This has encouraged me to book the boat to Santander for August (wife is a teacher so no choice) Thinking of Galicia, via a couple of days in the Picos, has anyone used Alastair Sawdays "special places to stay" in these regions?
