I've just seen a CB250 with leg shields cut from a C50 and light blue plastic hand guards made from two 5 Litre containers.
Could I have just spotted Mouse's winter hack?

I did once own a Suzuki GSX 250 which was in a similar condition... but the only bike I've been running over the last winter is my GS.

I like the idea of the hand guards ... I once made some from 3 litre Coke bottles
