We made 2 of them in Finland, welded back frames into one piece again in both bikes.

I'll check out their website later because I'm sure they've got some interesting tales. MCN touts the article as a "definitive review"; its an interesting enough article, but brief, and certainly not definitive. But from MCN, that's hardly surprising.
