Time for new riding trousers, the leathers that were good on my previous ZZR, VFRs and CBRs have got to go.
Is it reasonable to consider a pair of Hood (kevlar jeans) and some knee armour from Acerbis / Thor ?

thanks:beerjug:

definitely not.

the Twatisti (fashion police) will come down on you like a ton of slippers and bombard you with the contents of their pipes.

glad to have helped.

:D

If thats the only worry then I've made the right choice. Didnae want tae be anither twatsuit clone, wi awe the touratwat bits:oonyack:D

...forgot to add, mainly for tarmac

I wear Hood Jeans nearly all the time now.. they're brilliant, get the armour that Hood supply and you can't go wrong... :thumb

Hoods for me too.

I tried the draggin' ones but they were far too hipster for me - a bit too Britney for the older man. The Hood jeans have a decent rise and fasten round the waist. Very comfortable, get the knee protection that they sell and just fiddle about with fitting until they're right. Doesn't shift once settled.

I think they're just the job for around town but it's back to the leather legs for more sporting occasions.

Well pleased with mine and i liked the longer leg ,36 inside seam ,plus get the armour they supply for there jeans , First choice every time .
