I am in serious need of heated trouser liners! I have a heated sleeveless jacket but it is not enough just now. I will no doubt need to buy a new inner jacket as well as the one I have has no heated trousers in the range (e-x-o). Also, I want to be able to wear the heated gear beneath leathers – mine are not too tight in that they have room for an inner winter lining but they certainly cannot accommodate the e-x-o jacket. Has anyone had any experience of the items below or can recommend a manufacturer of well made, thin heated trouser and jacket liners?

Other threads suggest that the Gerbings trousers are a bit baggy but it seems to be the popular brand. Any thoughts?

I've got a pair of Gerbings Trousers. They're lightweight, but certainly warm enough when turned on. I wear mine over a pair of Craghopper trousers and under an aerostich. Riding 80miles the other week in 3 degrees I was too warm and had to turn the heating down ! Never worn leathers, so no idea if they'd work underneath them or not, but I'd say they were similar to a pair of loose-cut jeans in terms of sizing. The outer shell is slippery though, so pretty easy to pull outer layers over the top...
