The best tie downs (webbing straps) that i have ever used, i got from my local ( i know i am going to swear now) "blasphemer" as the guy near the beginning of Mad Max used to say, were from my local Harley Davidson dealer. They are used once in the crate when the bikes are delivered, and then your local friendly HD dealer disposes of them .Go and ask him for some and give him a donation to his tea /coffee fund, they don`t have the Mickey Mouse hooks on the end, you thread them round and then back into the ratchet, you`ll see if you get some,and then tighten them down they don`t go anywhere.
