Tiscali are offering a Broadband 1 meg connection with gb download limit for £15.99 / month, has anyone any experience of Tiscali good or bad ??

Avoid.

Their billing department is utter shite.

In the UK they used to known as screaming.net. localtel, worldonline and lineone.

Do a google and see what emerges.

I've installed 12 - 15 of these over the last year for customers highly recomend them.

15 quid for a real 512 up and 2 mb down read the small print very very carefully on tiscali , bt, aol, etc they all talk with forked tong!

And if you stick grahamparker in the recomend box I get a tenner.

i think you'll find it's 256 up, 512 would be nice

i don't like tiscali. too much time spent sorting out next doors email.

i'm just going to give a small plug for nildram here on account of how they've regraded my connection to 2MB this morning sometime. i only ordered it on sunday

...been with Tiscali since thet were Lineone 7 years ago. No problems. They consistently rate in the top 5 ISPs for domestic consumers.

I've got the 1 meg unlimited package but had previously been on Tiscali dial up for years with no problems.

Nothing bad to report. Service seems continous and speed is as advertised.
