Titanium end cans - do they corrode?

As I will be riding over the winter I'm preparing to ACF50 the bike. So whats the deal with Titanium end cans - are they susceptible to winter salt any more than others? If they are, I will put the OEM can back on for the winter months.

Metalurgists opinions sought!

I've had my Remus Revolution Titanium for a few years now & after any wet run I just rinse it clean. Never had to polish it & no corrosion to speak of yet.
The headers tarnish well though!
