OK chaps, I've just fitted mine and was wondering if any of you have a base line setting for where to have the adjusters front and back, or is it a case of ride and see how each adjustment is for an individual?

It's all pretty individual, but try the rear adjusters a notch or two down from the top, and the Tobinators 3 notches down from the top as a starter. Basically though, you need to experiment (more excuses to ride it!).

Fitted mine after a head nodding ride to the Alps this summer. Have tried them in all sorts of positions, but yet to find one that suits my height (6'1") and general touring speed (80+) on the continent , of course! Arai helmet needs ear plugs at all speeds. Hope you find a satisfactory solution to this problem.
