I'm trying to attach a TTII to a 05' GS1200, with the standard fitting kit
found in the TT box.

So far it's all a dogs dinner, any suggestions & pics gratefully accepted.

I had the same problem on my 2006 1200GS, not satified with the normal route, ie. on the handlebars. Poor vison/vibration.

I bolted in onto to the metal bracket, behind the clocks, that connects the screen to the bike. There are four triangular shaped holes, I put the u bolt fitting through the top hole then over the bar [behind the clocks]. Since then I have travelled 20K no problems since then. The power connections are well documeted on the forum.

Any chance of a photo of the bracket area? I've got a replacement screen fitted, & the U bolt & standard Ram won't fit on the top of the bracket you describe.
