TomTom Urban V3 Mount problem

My 3 month old TomTom Urban mount has fallen apart
The pins vibrated out of the mount's lower pivot point's, on both sides.
I've been on to TomTom and just received the returns carton and special delivery bag.

If you have one, it may be a good idea to check the security of these pins.
I'll be supergluing the pins in on the replacement when it arrives, just done the powered mount, I bought a few weeks ago.

Happened to a mate on his Versys with the TT2 powered cradle, he just araldited the pins back in and it's been fine ever since.

30,000 miles+ on my mount and no issues, maybe just a small batch with the problem

Similar thing happened to my V1 TomTom while in Scotland on hols. Fixed it when I got home but the fix didn't last long. Tried again with no success, so in the end I removed it from the bike stuffed it in the filing cabinet and got a Zumo.
