When I bought my 650, it didn't have the tool kit,

What do I need to carry with me, and what sizes are they (especially the Torx drivers) ?

If you get a T10-T50 Torx set that should cover all of those options.
A 8mm Allen key unscrews the front wheel axle
A 19mm & a 24mm socket will fit the rear axle bolts.

Don't know which ones you'll need exactly, but at least you've got the ones that'll be needed most often. I'd then get the bits that'll fit a bit driver / socket.
