yes
you can't fit it under the seat though unless you remove the canister thing they've had to shove in there for some sort of emissions thingumy

I didn't get one with my 'new to me' SA1290...but I already had a tool kit ready to put in the top box; I have a stop & go puncture kit/airman under the pillion seat, both of which just about fit......
