Top Box Techincal Issue

Hi to all,

Bought a top box and rack off ebay for my GSA, and it has arrived and looks great.

Matches all the other boxes a treat but, i must be missing some bars or something from the bike.

I have the box and the rear rack, but there is for sure something that should go between them?

Also (sorry another problem) the key is not matched to the boxes, but apparently it is an easy to do fix (if you are in the know) to match the plates in the locks to the key?

there should be metal suports that bolt to the ends of the subframe either side of the rear light and go up to the rack, is that any clearer?

If its a gsa top box, you will need part 71607694181 top box mount,if you have a vario topbox you will need the rack/wing from a standard gs and vario mounting plate,or make an adaptor to mount a vario topbox to a gsa rack.

Cool, thanks for the info. Will try and get the parts needed.

Just was thrown when the box truned up with the rack and i expected it to fit, not realising i was missing the two support rails.
