Top box

The top box that I bought with the bbike in Sept seems to have a fault, when flipping the bar across to expand / reduce the box the mechanism has become very stiff to move. Has anyone else had a similar problem before I return to the dealer?

Just fixed deerhunters vario panniers which were stuck,.Try spraying the gap where the two parts slide with either a silicone spray or teflone,possibly wd40.The plastic on the panniers had somehow almost bonded but after a spray there was movement and are fine now.

Excellent, thanks for that, I had applied such a spray and it has helped but I wanted to be sure there wasnt a problem thats going toknacker the box. Thanks
