top yoke

have a 2010 gsa ,and have side to side movement in the top yoke, bmw dealer has looked at it and rekon it is ok ?. does aneybody else have any movement, my last 08 gsa was rock solid.not verey happy about it.

Not sure but the top yoke is not load bearing, that is done by the A arm, even the fork tubes are puny 1mm wall tube.

There was a thread on this a while back, I've searched but can't find it I'm afraid, though there's loads in the 11xx section.

The yoke shouldn't not have any movement in it.
