Tourance gone gone gone - New shoes fitted

The Tourances were ready for changing - I have loved these tyres, they have been great on the road and reasonable off road as long as no mud involved (or snow, or ice). However I have swapped the shoes and gone for a more rugged set up. I was concerned that having more off road bias tyres would seriously constrain the road handling on the black stuff, but I needn't have been concerned. These aren't as good as Tourances, but not so far behind that it slows me down! Probably no revelation for the more experienced riders amongst us, but was for me.

Anyway I have K60 Scouts on the back, and TKC80 on the front - Went around a few green lanes in the lakes yesterday to try it out - Well, you couldn't wipe the smile off my face

Don't need a tread gauge for them, More like a tape measure, They look really good,

Me likes!! Where from, how much? Do they do a front version too?

I've sometimes thought the tourances are a bit too road-biased, but personally TKC80s are too much the other way, given my normal riding surface.

The back's are around £90 - Readily available on the net. I got mine from local bike shop as I like to give the custom - One day I might need him
