Touratech a bit rubbish

Ordered a tail bag from Touratech back in January.
Get a message 2 to 3 week delivery.
Cancelled order last week.
Promised delivery this week.
Still no delivery.
No wonder this company is in trouble.
Spent over £1200 in the past always happy, so whats going on?
