dropped of the forum for a while but back again!
anyone had problems with touratech re their waterproof tank bag for a 1200gs?
I got one from them in 2007 and the zips lasted a year before the zipper ate through the stitching and the zip came away, emailed tt uk, no response, emailed tt DE and they got straight back and asked me to send it back to them, they replaced it straight away.
Well two and a half years on and the main zip has gone again, emailed TT DE and they have said send it back and they will have a look but I might have to pay for a repair....!
Considering how much they charge for it not very happy or impressed, Mate has the non waterproof version and the zips have outlasted mine x2!!
