thinking of selling these , any idea what I should ask for them? come with locks pucks etc ready to fit , seem to vary from 4-600 quid on touratech site.

Depends on if they're one of the special sets as fitted to the 11xx (sondersystem?) or the another type that's fitted to the 1200. Or just plain 31, 35, 41 etc etc boxes, and what condition they're in.

they are good condition , 35l both sides , standard with no cut outs.
prob should have offered them for sale a few months back.

Not the best of time to sell getting towards the end of the UK summer
and they're more suited to the 650 / 800 etc as they're not the "balanced"set.

Are the pucks fitted to the panniers already? If so you may find that your going to be limited to selling them for the model of bike they were originally used on, the alignment may be different for a different model.
