TPC and Tyre sealer.

There is nothing in the BMW manual about using tyre sealing aerosols. Will using one damage the TPC transmitter? Is it possible to pre coat the tyre with a product such as Slime etc.
How long will the battery in the transmitter last?

Why risk gumming it all up ?

Modern tyres and rims stay together if you have a puncture letting it down gently,normally under control

Stop and Go puncture repair kit is the mutts nuts for roadside repair along with a small compressor Or call out the recovery man

I'm fairly sure that BMW specifically prohibit use of any kind of 'slime-type' sealant with the TPS system. Can't find where it's mentioned, though.
