Tracks into Routes

Navigator / SP III, anyone know how to convert a track into a route and how do you display a track on the GPS.
I can upload and display tracks on the PC but can't for the life of me work out how to save it as a route, Copy & Paste won't do it.

When viewing the track on the PC there is an option to display on GPS, so I download the track but can't figure out how to display it on the GPS.

Any ideas ???
