transmission snatch

[its all poo]

Hi if I put my bike in gear my back wheel rotates back and forward about 3.5 inches

Is this normal ?

I do get allot of transmission snatch when on and of the gas at low speed

well er it could be a biatch however its seat has just kicked my back doors in during the last trip.

Ive just done 2000 miles, got back yesterday still not sitting on hard surfaces !

so I suppose its male or a very naughtly lady !?!?

sounds like your ride has a sloppy box aswell , but its still a pain to stick it in

Well when I was younger I would have loved to get stuck into a sloppy box but now I cant be bothered so ive got insurance and some one else will sort the sloppy box out,

Its great I can watch TV and drink beer while its getting a good seeing to !

the only compensation i have got because of the sloppy box is a great set of headlights on high beam, they are blinding.

I would love a great pair like you have but the ones ive got are micro beams good most of the time but some times you just gotta have a large pair ! Ive been thinking in investing in some new ones !

The one I rented in the USA and covered 3500 miles on had so much play it felt like a REALLY badly adjusted chain. If my current bike felt like that I'd stop and get the tools out and adjust it. So, yes, they must all be like that.....i.e. crap!
