Travel insurance

Can anyone recommend anywhere that offers travel insurance that includes riding large motorbikes?

I'm only really interested in medical cover but any policy would do.

Thanks - looks interesting.

I would clarify I'm not interested in extending my motorbike insurance to cover the trip - I've already done that.

I'm looking for additional travel insurance like you get when you go on holiday.
